the Element Tuning STi doesn't have the stock STi wing. it has/had one of those huge ass APR CF wings which failed when it was rasied up into the open air above the roof of the car.

Tis true. I think the point is that the STI gets floaty at speed and needs a wing. I know my WRX felt floaty at 140.

Do tell, where did you get her up to 140 Craig? School zone? 8)

any car would get floaty if it had a hardcore diffuser giving it downforce up front and a Boeing wing on the back for uber rear downforce.... rear wing snaps... no more downforce in the back... spinny spin spin flip crash crunch

I did this with Azeni 615's. That tells you how long ago it was. I hit that speed once just to do it, haven't done it again.
